Privacy notice

All the data that Rendition Dance School Norfolk has will be stored in a locked box at all times. All data will be stored in paper form and only email addresses will be stored online as a ‘bcc’ to send out group emails to pupils and/ or their parental representative about information affecting the dance school to which they need to aware.

The information is only for use by Rendition Dance School Norfolk for the use of keeping in touch with families and emergency contacts during lessons plus, consents for the use of images, providing emergency treatment and for the permission of collection of a child from the dance school.

No personal information will be shared outside of the dance school without the knowledge and consent of the pupils and/or their parent or guardian.

Any pupil whose personal details have changed must inform the dance school via email at renditiondanceschoolnorfolk@gmail.com

They will then be asked to sign a new document in front of a member of the staff to ensure the identity of those making the changes and if they need/ have parental responsibility for the pupil in question.

If anyone wishes to see the personal data that Rendition Dance School Norfolk hold on them, they should request this via email and Rendition Dance School Norfolk have 14 days to produce the documents ensuring that any information on the document relating to any other individual is deleted or permanently blacked out first.

If students leave Rendition Dance School Norfolk  their contact file will be destroyed after 1 year. Any First aid/ safeguarding forms will remain in the Rendition Dance School Norfolk for up to 25 years. (This is in the case of need or legal use)
